Additional amenities include 3 satellite TVs, Stereo/CD players
and DVD Players. In the modern fully-equipped kitchen
it is a joy to whip up vittles while the family keeps the
cook company at the nearby breakfast bar. The cabin
has a lovely dining area, adjacent to the wraparound deck
with gas grill, outdoor umbrella covered dining table and
Adirondack glider with plenty more comfie seating to sit and enjoy
the sounds of the river and drink in the mountain views.
The well furnished master bedroom is on the main level with
private access to the bathroom, and laundry room.
The upper level contains 2 bedrooms each with queen beds and
private vanities. There is access to the very private bathroom between each bedroom and a
loft/sitting area with full-sized futon and large picture windows.
Downstairs there is a brand new recreation room with a pool table
with optional ping-pong table top, sleeper sofa, a full bathroom,
and a private bedroom with a twin bed and full-size futon. Rec room
also has a LCD Satellite TV, DVD player and CD player.
The wonderful sunken hot tub is located on the private lower
deck. Outside you will enjoy a gorgeous terraced yard, with
stone fire pit, complete with great log benches, so you can have a
real outdoor campfire and cookout.
Located in the popular River Ridge development of Boone, great
fishing, canoeing, and tubing are just a few minutes away. Also just
10 minutes from ASU, Boone shopping and dining. 10 minutes from Historic Todd and the Todd General Store. Less than 20 minutes to Tweetsie Railroad, Main Street Blowing Rock and
Appalachian Ski Resort. 30 minutes or less to Grandfather Mountain, Hawksnest Ski Resort, and Sugar Mountain. 35
minutes to Ski Beech.
